Q. Your products say they are organic but not certified?
A. Our products are indeed organic. We use only certified and all natural ingredients in our products. Unfortunately, at this time, we can not upfront the cost to certify our products. If you have any questions about the specific ingredients used, please do not hesitate to ask.

Q. Are your lip balm tubes BPA free?
A. Yes.

Q. Can I cancel my subscription box
A. Yes, all you need to do is log into your account at loveowl.org, manage your subscriptions, and hit cancel. Please make sure you cancel before your next billing cycle. Money processed can not be refunded due to a cancellation request 

Q. Do you sell in bulk?
A. Yes. Please email any inquiries to hello@loveowl.org

Q. Do you take any special requests?
A. Yes. Please email any special requests to hello@loveowl.org and we will do our best to make a product that works.

Q. Is our purchase tax deductible?
A. Unfortunately no. According to the IRS, when an item is received in exchange for a monetary amount, it is no longer considered tax deductible. 

Q. What if we make a donation, is that tax deductible?
A. Yes! As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, any donation to our foundation is tax deductible. 

Q. What if my product arrives damaged?
A. Please email us at hello@loveowl.org and we will discuss and take care of the matter immediately

Q. Are my payments secure?
A. Yes. All online payments are secure through shopify

Q. Where do you ship to?
A. We ship domestically within the USA.
